About Holy Cross Academy

Holy Cross College is a coeducational Roman Catholic Sixth Form College, for students aged 16 and above, situated in Bury, Greater Manchester, England. Originally founded by the Daughters of the Cross in 1878, the college also became a University Centre in 1999.

What we did for them

Holy Cross Academy use our Payroll Software and when asked what one thing Moorepay do well in, Finance Director Alan Horwood replied with “payroll accuracy”.

The importance of having accurate payroll cannot be understated. Ensuring people get paid correctly and on time is a something Moorepay pride themselves on. Alan then went onto provide more detail, stating:

When providing NPS feedback, our customers give us a score out of 10, then highlight one thing we do well. Alan gave Moorepay a perfect score of 10 before he went onto suggest that he could have highlighted every point (which include quality of support and advice, software functionality, payroll accuracy and more). Alan finished off by stating he couldn’t think of any area of Moorepay’s service that needs improvement.
