Depending on your business, payslips will be released at different times, usually just before your payday. If you’re still having payslip issues please contact your internal administrator.

Your P60 (if available) is under ‘Pay Documents’. If you can’t see your P60 available in ‘pay documents’ it might be that your P60 is not ready to be released for this period. If you’re not sure, please contact the payroll and/or HR team at the company you work for.

1)         First check you’re using the correct link:

MoorepayHR (Our older software) – please note the Moorepay Mobile App is not available on this software
HR hub – please note the Moorepay Mobile App is not available on this software

2)         Make sure you’re using your associated email/username to log in.

3)         Make sure you’re using the correct password.

If you’re still having issues you can reset your password with the forgotten password function. This will send a password reset link and instructions to your email. You can also contact the payroll and/or HR team at the company you work for who will be able to help you.

This is dependent on whether you’re company has chosen SMS or email to receive verification codes. If you’re unsure, please contact the payroll and/or HR team at the company you work for.
